My wife and I moved from Kansas to Scottsdale, and while on an abbreviated trip to look at houses, we cold-called April after be referred to her from a realtor friend in Kansas. Despite not recognizing the phone number, April picked up on the second ring (no voicemail purgatory for this woman). And not knowing either my wife or me personally, and not knowing if we were really interested in buying a home or just “looky-loos”, April rearranged her schedule and started lining up houses to take us to see. Not only did she spend a great deal of time driving us to various houses, but when we weren’t with her she was sending us numerous emails that contained links to other potential properties. Despite a crazy-hot market and ample clientele, April never stopped working for us. In a matter of 2 days, April arranged for us to see numerous homes (and gave us very informative and candid feedback on each of them) but we were still unable to find the right one prior to having to drive back to Kansas to sell and pack our existing home. Within a day of arriving back in Kansas, April FaceTimed us and was standing in the home we eventually put an offer on and moved into in Scottsdale. It was the right location at the right price at the right time and April knew from listening to us and asking the right questions. April never stopped working for us even when we were back in Kansas. Today, April is a tremendous resource for us as we get our feet on the ground with desert living, and more importantly, she has become a trusted, good friend. I can not recommend April strongly enough for any real estate needs. P.S. She also makes a succulent smoked pork shoulder, which she brought over our first night in our new home. This woman does it all!!

From the moment we met her, we could feel her passion for what she does. She paid great attention to the details of what we wanted, offered amazing advice regarding the market, and continuously went out of her way to ensure we were in love with our home. If we were to ever need to do this again, it'll be with April... but we won't need to because we love our home!

We moved out of state and when our initial deal fell through we called her right away and told her what we wanted. She worked with us from a distance to get our home sold for the above asking price. She also got a few of our other request met and as the sellers, I was not sure if they would happen. If you’re looking for a realtor that is going to work there hardest to represent you as a seller or buyer, she is the only one I would recommend.

The search for a home that was the size and in the area we wanted to be in. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and doubts. April was very supportive on every level. She made it feel like a friendship vs a job by taking the time to get to know us and getting us a great house at the price we wanted. I'll give reviewers a little explication, April and her husband had a house warming bottle of champagne, 2 Harley Davidson wine glasses and one of the coolest things ever. We had talked on our first walk through that we would need to get a hallway gate for when our daughter starts to crawl around and we all laughed about it making up stories about what could be in this empty house. So as another gift they passed down their hallway gate to us that they didn't use anymore. April is an amazing real estate agent. Through that journey of buying, I eventually got cold feet and stopped the process. However, I knew, when the right time presented itself again, I wanted to use April!!! She’s was that FANTASTIC on that journey! Fast forward to now, 2020. My husband and I were in the market to buy our first home. Without hesitation, April was the only realtor we contacted. Her wealth of knowledge, accessibility and willingness to help, was more than we could imagine. No matter the time or day we would reach out to her, she was ALWAYS available. ALWAYS! She answered all of our questions and walked us throughly through the process. Often at times when a person is very knowledgeable in their field, they tend to talk in their business jargon, in turn, getting frustrated when the buyer doesn’t know what their talking about. However, with April, we REALLY loved how she gave us information in a way we understood it and was very transparent. There were times where she walking us through processes that were not her job. She could’ve told us to reach out to whomever. But, had it not been for April, the Title part of closing would’ve been a complete and utter disaster. We requested for her to be there during signing and she showed up without hesitation. Her guidance through this journey was EXACTLY what we needed. She treated us like family and showed us she really cared about the home we were selecting and our first home buying experience. I could go on and on about how knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and an expert in her field, April is, but, you have to use her services to know. She WILL NOT disappoint you! Give her a try. We would recommend her ten times over and over again!! Oh, and added bonus: She gives AWESOME closing gifts too. Lol!! My daughter loves her wireless EarPods and we love our gifts too. (I told her how we were going to get a screen mesh for the patio door and guess what...She bought it for us as a gift.) Such a nice addition to the home and something she truly didn’t have to do. But again, she truly cares about your purchase and experience, which shows!!

She works with first time homebuyers and repeat buyers and is able to provide each buyer the best options for their scenarios and their home buying goals. I have watched her spend hours showing buyers as many homes as they want to see. She understands their situation but also the market and she also wants to make sure that they are getting the best negotiation possible. She works very hard for her clients before, during and after the closing. I believe April provides great representation for buyers. She also does outstanding work and representation for sellers.

I was given very little time. I went out on a weekend and April was right there and willing to jump right in and show me houses on a Sunday. Her flexibility was amazing. I had to go into my job site a couple days and she was looking and emailing me potential houses. Once Wednesday came around we were hitting the road again and it was very enjoyable. She helped relieve the stress with her confidence and intelligence. She is fun as well which isn't a requirement but it sure helps when you are spending hours together searching for the right home. I am an extremely picky person and provided her details on driving time and distance from work adn the requirements of the house. She was very diligent in finding me the right house. Her professsionalism is top notch. It was very convenient as well as she was willing to meet me closer to where I was staying. Due to me not knowing the area she provided a location that was easy to get to and close to where I was staying. April is a great person and realtor. I know she will be very successful in the future as she is a hard worker and does whatever she can to make you happy. This isn't so much a job but a way to help make people happy and help people. We ran into April working an open house and she has been very resourceful and supportive ever since. We are yet to make a decision or stay in town long enough to make a decision and yet April continues to be timely in her responses and eager to support.
